We are a boutique management consultancy run by partners with a solid track record as executives, consultants and entrepreneurs in organisations large and small in the 'for-profit' and 'non-profit' sector. Why choose us

Our point of differentiation in times of 'digital transformation' is our holistic and inclusive approach, the quality of the services we provide to our clients and the transparency in the way we work. We take things very personal.

We do not pretend to have all the answers – we structure and facilitate the work of you and your team that will lead to success. Where (temporarily) reinforcement is needed we provide you with additional expertise and capacity to deliver.

Our fee structure is very simple. We charge per working day at a pre-agreed rate. Our assignments can be open-ended and flexible to address the fluctuating needs of your organisation or can be fixed based on a pre-agreed set of deliverables and price.
